Join Us for Wine Down Wednesday

Starting September 22, Rhonda and Kim will be hosting an online, weekly Pilates and wellness session we’re calling “Wine Down Wednesdays.” We encourage everyone to set aside an hour of their day to join us in this new community we’re hoping to see grow and grow!


Each Wednesday night, we’ll meet online at 8pm EST and spend an hour together. The first half hour will consist of Pilates—any level of experience welcome—while the second half hour will feature a changing series of health and wellness discussions. That’s where the ‘wine’ part comes in! We encourage everyone to sip on something of your choosing while we chat: wine, tea, or water—whatever makes you comfortable!


We hope you’ll invite a friend and find community with other like-minded women who work hard and play even harder! There will be no charge for the first few sessions as we get to know one another and get into the groove.
